Hello There are no TV’s in any of our bedrooms in any apartment. There are smart TV’s in the living area of each apartment.

Unfortunately there is no parking for the building, you can however, pre-book street parking via RingGo, FindYourParkingSpace and JustPark. Alternatively there is an underground over night parking space on Pratt street.

Only the small balcony door in the lounge opens, and the bedrooms do open, but this also depends which apartment is available and allocated.

Hello, Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs because the room needs to be cleaned and set up for the next guest. Our check-out time is 11am.

Hello, We offer complimentary cleans for every 8 nights booked or after check out. You can pay for additional cleans which is done on site with the building manager
Do you have daily house keeping service?
Hello, For longer stays over 7 nights we offer complimentary weekly cleans. All other cleans are done at check out unless pre booked with reservations and is charged accordingly. You can add as many cleans and linen changes as you like.
Would I be able to host an event
Good day, I think we have made it pretty clear we do not allow parties, events, gatherings or any sort of groups in our apartments. We are not an event space or party venue - A one bedroom is for 2 guests only, two bedroom for 4 guests only
